COVID-19 is considered as the largest public health communications campaign ever. Under Governor Larry Hogan’s direction, Maryland is considered a national leader in the effective handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. During this process, the Maryland Department of Health served on the front lines of communication alongside agency partner, GKV. This month's PRSA Chesapeake Chapter presentation will welcome speakers who helped to guide the herculean communications task that faced the Maryland Department of Health to inform, educate, and activate Marylanders about the COVID-19 pandemic through their GoVAX campaign. The campaign is currently in its fourth phase and the speakers will cover each of the phases, share some of the materials, and discuss lessons learned. Be sure and register early, first come first served.

Spots are limited so early registration is encouraged. Lunch will be included.
